Our Psychology Services
Psychological Therapy & Counselling
We provide individualised psychological therapy across the lifespan, tailored to each person’s strengths, needs, and goals. Our neuroaffirming, trauma-informed approach supports emotional regulation, coping skills, anxiety, stress, mood difficulties, identity and self-esteem, behavioural challenges, life transitions, and interpersonal conflicts. Therapy may include evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT-informed strategies, and play-based or creative interventions for children.Neurodiversity-Affirming Support
We understand that brains work differently and focus on helping individuals thrive. Our specialised support includes assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing assistance for neurodevelopmental differences such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, social communication differences, and executive functioning challenges. We provide neuroaffirming therapy, skill-building, emotional regulation strategies, support with routines and daily functioning, parent and carer coaching, and collaboration with schools and other stakeholders, always focusing on building capacity rather than “fixing” differences.Comprehensive Psychological & Cognitive Assessments
We offer evidence-based assessments to provide clarity and insight into cognitive, behavioural, and functional profiles. Assessments may cover cognitive functioning, functional capacity for NDIS, autism and ADHD diagnosis, adaptive skills, and emotional or behavioural health. Outcomes include clear reports with practical recommendations for NDIS planning, school supports, therapy planning, and interventions tailored to each individual. Please specify during referral whether any specific assessments are required.Intellectual Impairment & Functional Support
We support individuals with intellectual impairment and cognitive differences to increase independence, participation, and quality of life. Our focus includes daily living skills, communication, social participation, emotional regulation, behaviour support, decision-making, and problem-solving, all aligned with NDIS goals. We work closely with families, support workers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and meaningful progress.Trauma, PTSD & Complex Presentations
We provide safe, paced, and collaborative trauma-informed support for post-traumatic stress, complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, and interpersonal difficulties. Our approach prioritises safety and stabilisation, understanding trauma responses, building coping and regulation skills, and gradually processing experiences when appropriate.Mental Health Support
We offer evidence-based support for a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder (with medical collaboration), personality disorders, emotional dysregulation, and distress tolerance. Our interventions are practical, structured, and tailored to each person’s context and goals.Behaviour Support & Emotional Regulation
We help individuals understand behaviour as communication and support those experiencing challenging behaviours, emotional outbursts, shutdowns, impulsivity, and regulation difficulties.NDIS Psychology Services
Our psychology services align with NDIS requirements and focus on building capacity, independence, and participation. We provide therapy linked to participant goals, functional capacity assessments, therapy support plans, end-of-plan reports, and collaborate closely with support coordinators and multidisciplinary teams.Family, Carer & System Support
We recognise that progress happens in systems, not just sessions. Our support includes parent and carer coaching, practical strategies for home and community, support worker guidance, and liaison with schools and other stakeholders.
