Good questions

Before we arrive

The things families, schools and support coordinators ask most. Not answered here? Call 1300 163 665.

01Do I need a referral?

No referral needed, anyone can book directly with us. Families, schools, GPs, support coordinators or the person themselves can use the Make a booking button, or call 1300 163 665 and we will arrange it over the phone.

02What happens after I make a booking?

We match the request against the visiting schedule for your community and come back to you either way. Nothing is locked in until we have talked it through with you.

03Are you an NDIS registered provider?

Yes. Our registration number is in the footer of every page on this site.

04Do you only see NDIS participants?

No. Speak to us about other funding options for your situation when you book: call 1300 163 665.

05Where do appointments happen?

In person, in a local venue in your community: every town page on this site shows its venue and current visiting schedule.

06Will we see the same clinician each visit?

That is the model: the same clinicians return trip after trip so support carries on from the last session.

Let's find a time that works

Tell us where and what support you're after. We'll show the times we have, you choose one, and then tell us who it's for.

What support are you looking for?

Choose as many as you like. We'll show times for each.

How is it funded?

Booking for someone else is fine. If you would rather hand them over than pick a time, submit a referral, or call1300 163 665.
