Emerald is a town and locality in the Central Highlands Region, Queensland, Australia. Situated on the Nogoa River, it lies approximately 270 kilometres west of Rockhampton.

Once famous as a major sunflower producer, Emerald is now home to the world’s biggest replica Vincent van Gogh Sunflower painting, located in Morton Park and 25m high.
