Do you accept private clients?
Yes. We welcome both NDIS participants and private clients. This includes private health insurance and Medicare.
Are you NDIS registered?
Yes. Fly2Health is an NDIS Registered Provider.
Do you provide Telehealth for children?
Yes. Our clinicians support both children and adults where telehealth is clinically appropriate.
Will I have the same clinician?
We will do everything we can to ensure you maintain the same clinician you build a relationship with.
What services are available via Telehealth?
Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Psychology. All services can be for either ongoing therapy, one-off appointments, or specialist reports/assessments.

Do you do specialist reports as well as ongoing therapy?
Yes. We can help with both ongoing therapy, one-off appointments, specialist reporting and assessments, including Functional Capacity Assessments.
Do you charge more based on where I am?
No, there is no remote loading. We charge the same rates no matter where you are.
What are your prices?
As at September 2026, Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology are $193.99 per hour, and Psychology is $252.99 per hour.
What is a referral form?
A referral form can be completed by yourself or anyone with knowledge of the person seeking services. This information provides specific details to help with triaging your requirements.
