To give you peace of mind, we offer a guaranteed capped cost of $2,522 for the report, inclusive of an initial 2-hour appointment and your completed FCA report.

What is involved in the Functional Capacity Assessment process?
After you’ve been referred for an FCA (usually by the NDIS, an insurer, a healthcare provider, or a legal representative) and booked your assessment with Fly2 Health, you’ll progress through the following steps:
- Prior to your FCA, your assessor will review your referral, your medical history and any other relevant documentation.
- During your FCA, your assessor will have a conversation with you about your daily life. You’re entitled to use communication aids and receive assistance via a support person or interpreter during this conversation.
- Next, your assessor will undertake an evaluation of your physical, cognitive and emotional abilities by observing you as you complete everyday tasks.
- After completing the FCA, your assessor will prepare a detailed report that outlines your support needs and recommends services, therapies and/or assistive equipment.
- Your FCA report is then delivered to the organisation that requested the FCA so they can use it to make decisions regarding funding, care planning and appropriate legal options.
